Falmouth Native Oysters adds the identity of the oystermen and his boat to an oyster size category. Applying storytelling and history to the otherwise short dining experience of eating oysters, bringing attention to one of the most sustainable fisheries in the world.

Problem:

Falmouth native oysters not selling enough, leading to the fishery going out of business.

Insight:

Display the history and personalities behind the worlds only sail powered fishery.

Solution:

Reconnect people to the food they consume through establishing a stronger link between the end destination and source of the ingredients.
